SUMMER FUN CREATIVE WRITING WORKSHOP
Forget the textbooks and fall in love with writing this summer!
Four, consecutive, week-long writing workshops for high-school girls, focusing on having fun while building confidence and developing clarity.
This program is designed to expand your love for writing and claim its power to enrich your life. Inspirational activities, in-class writing exercises and safe, voluntary, peer feedback will stimulate and support your writing process and help you generate new material. Of course, we’ll honor the fundamentals of good writing, but we may throw the rules out in order to encourage free expression. It is summer, after all.
Week One:
Dear Diary: Exploring the emotional, social and inspirational benefits of journaling.

About Kira Catanzaro:
Kira Catanzaro has been a writer her whole life. She earned her BA in Writing and Design from New College of California in 2003 and has been facilitating writing and creativity workshops since 2000.
